They charged me an extra ₹400 for checking out three hours late, which didn't seem fair. They said they couldn't give the room to anyone else during that gap, but all the rooms were empty. It felt like they were just demanding money. I'd paid ₹400 through the OYO app using an ₹800 coupon, but they gave me a poor non-AC room for that amount. The hotel looked bad, and the way they spoke to me was awful. Worst hotel.
Oyo's customer service was very poor too. I booked online for 1300 rupees, but when I got to the hotel they demanded extra money. Showing a lower online price and then asking for more in person is a cheap trick. This was my worst experience with Oyo.
I had a terrible experience with OYO. They asked me for extra money, and the staff were rude. The receptionist's behaviour was especially disrespectful.
The staff were very rude, and the rooms were dirty. The toilet and bathroom were awful too. I stayed just one night, but the dirty smell made it feel like hell.
The room was okay, and the service was good.
