The reception looks clean and welcoming, but the rooms are a different story. The bedroom seemed uncleaned, like the linen hadn't been changed after the previous guest, and the bathroom was so filthy it couldn't be used. There was no basic service or even drinking water, despite the high service charges. It seems tour package operators promote this hotel just to cut costs and maximize profits, with no regard for guest comfort. I was extremely disappointed and wouldn't recommend this place.

This is about the restaurant's buffet lunch on the ground floor. The plates weren't clean at all, so I left without eating lunch.

Rooms are neat and clean, and nice too. Booking rooms is advisable for a group.

Very bad. The plates were yellow, and the beds weren't clean.
