OYO 18833 SilverKey Babylon Whitefields

A terrible stay, and I wouldn't recommend it. Staff weren't very responsive, and the place was unhygienic. They didn't clean the room, then lied when I asked. The sheets stayed unchanged all week and the bins weren't emptied. Breakfast wasn't ready on time, and room service charged an amount that didn't match the menu. Food was a sad story too.

The bathroom smelled awful and the floor was sticky. Breakfast is only served from 8 to 10 am, and without a kitchen you can't get anything after that. I booked through OYO because the listing showed 4.5 stars, but the place seemed geared toward unmarried couples spending time together. A disgusting stay.

This felt like a residential building turned into a hotel: one 4 BHK flat made into four rooms, with four flats and 16 rooms on each floor. It didn't feel suited to families or friends, more to local couples. Service was terrible, and with no kitchen there was no room service. Breakfast and morning tea were only available from 8 to 10 am. The OYO app listed it at 4.5 stars, but it was a terrible experience. If you're not a local couple, look elsewhere.

We ended up changing hotels after asking the staff several times for decent service. They couldn't provide it. Room cleaning was awful, and both the rooms and shared areas smelled bad. The staff seemed very casual about customer satisfaction. A bad experience.
