10594 Hotel Marie Gold

My stay was okay, and the hotel is peaceful in a residential area, but there’s a lot that could be improved. The beds and bedsheets weren’t neat, breakfast choices were very limited, and the person at the counter spoke only Hindi. I was also given a key to a room that was already occupied, which was embarrassing. The hotel should be run more professionally.

Ms. Dhana really stood out for her proactive hospitality and dedication. On the same day, we waited 40 minutes for a dinner table after a gentleman on the hotel staff told us twice to wait five more minutes. Ms. Dhana had been observing the conversation, found a table in two minutes, and welcomed us in. I started noticing how well she looked after the dining hall and took care of what needed attention. It may be her job, but she does it impressively. People are what make a company run. Thanks, Ms. Dhana, keep it up. It was a mixed experience at marigold, Hyderabad. The banquet Manager had arranged a tie for me because employees of SUZUKI NEXA aren’t allowed in without one, and I was very happy with his help.

The staff were polite enough to refund me after the awful experience. There was no water, the sockets didn’t work without electricity, and breakfast was as good as a vomit. The rates were exuberant, and the rooms weren’t worth what they charged.

Giving it 1 star because there’s nothing below that. I booked for my parents 15 days ahead and checked with them about whether I could visit. At the entrance they refused to let visitors in, saying they couldn’t afford the water loss from visitors. Is that a joke? I had to find another hotel at the last minute. Strongly recommend not booking here.
