I had a very bad experience and don’t even like giving this hotel one star. When I arrived with my booking, they showed me an unclean, dirty room. I called and asked them to change it, then paid extra to get another room. There were some other issues too.

The washroom felt much smaller than usual. The room AC and TV weren’t working, and some of the charging sockets were in poor condition.

Wouldn’t recommend it. The room and balcony weren’t clean, and the ACs didn’t work. They also charged an extra 300 rupees for a five-year-old child.

I felt unsafe in the room and noticed what looked like small lights from three possible hidden cameras. I was too afraid to sleep, so we left in the morning. The room was tiny and dirty, and the AC didn’t work. At reception, the person was busy playing PUBG and didn’t help or show me the room. Since I’d booked online, he just handed over the keys and told me where to go. He didn’t offer any help when we left either. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had.

The bedsheets were torn and stained, and both the cupboard and chair were broken. There were loads of mosquitoes and cockroaches, and the AC didn’t work. The rooms were awful, and what they promised wasn’t really provided. Even public washrooms seem better than theirs.
