OYO 730 Hotel Karishma Homes

I booked a room for four people, but they said they only allow two. I came with my family, so we had to check in and check out immediately. The caretaker was extremely rude, and the service was pathetic. It was a very bad experience. Banks shouldn't tie up with stays like this.

Hotel Karishma was a good place to stay, and I had a good experience. The service was good, the place was kept neat, and the staff were well groomed. The bed was comfortable and tidy, the washroom clean, and the food tasted good. Check and compare prices on different websites first. Thanks, and have a happy stay.

I came from Pune and stayed for two days. OYO had quoted 920 for the room, but the booking was made at 1048. I called customer care, and they corrected the price, which was good. The first room had a faulty switch, but they moved me to another one. That room was neat and clean, although the bathroom wasn't very clean. The TV and night light didn't work properly. Room service was good, but they could use some training in professionalism. The food was neither very good nor very bad. I had travel plans at 7:30 in the evening and wanted to have lunch there before leaving, but they wouldn't let me. I'd already checked out at 11:30 AM. Thanks.

It's located behind Begumpet rly stn and is also a holiday home for SBI. The hotel is average, with no restaurant. You need to order food ahead of time; it was tasty, and we ate at a shared table.
