OYO 74184 Hotel Meredian Comfort Inn

The rooms were in poor condition and service was really bad. I told the owner the geyser wasn’t working, but nobody came to look at it. They charged ₹3000 per room for non AC, though I got two rooms for ₹2500. Rooms like these don’t deserve ₹800, and I’d only consider staying if rent were ₹300 per room. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel at the rates they ask. You could go to any 3 star hotel for that much. I’ve travelled a lot over these 7-8 years and stayed in prime locations where an AC room costs 1200-2000 without these kinds of issues. The owner needs to change his attitude, repair and clean the rooms, and lower the rates. You could earn money by serving people instead of taking advantage of them.

I paid 2000 rupees for one night in an air-conditioned room, and the price was different from what the site listed. The only decent things were the bathroom and air conditioner. The hotel was extremely dirty, didn’t deserve one star, and the service was very bad. The towels were dirty and the TV didn’t work. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We arrived late at night, around 1:00 am, and the receptionist and other staff were welcoming and gave us a room. We’d first booked another Oyo nearby called blue star lodge, but its staff refused us entry and behaved very rudely. We then changed the booking in Oyo and selected this hotel. It’s budget friendly, and the room was decent, with two beds and a neat toilet. It can work for 3 people if you don’t expect too much from a room. Thank you hotel meredian for accommodating us.😍

We stayed for two days and had a really shocking experience. The staff were rude and careless, and both rooms we got were extremely dirty. The bed sheets and pillow covers stank. After we complained, the replacements were even worse, and we had to ask many times to get anything done. They took payment for both days in advance. When we asked for the second day's charge back so we could change hotels, they refused and made a very rude, threatening gesture.
