The atmosphere, service, and location were all great. MSD maa santosh dhabha is available too. I think liquor and smoking aren’t allowed. Prices are on the high side, with dynamic pricing especially on weekends. Still, it’s a great place for individuals, business trips, or families.

The check-in was smooth, and the ambience and service were nice. The room was clean and hygienic, with clean sheets and towels. It’s close to the Metro and bus stop. The Wi-Fi could be better.

The linen and beds hadn’t been washed, which is completely unacceptable. They did replace the linen after I pointed it out, but I still don’t know how many people had used the room before me.

The noise was unbearable, like trying to sleep in a nightclub. During my stay, the hotel was celebrating its 5th anniversary with loud DJ music on the 1st floor, directly below my room on the 2nd. When I complained, they offered to move me to the 4th floor, saying the sound would “come less from there,” rather than stop the music. Even after I asked repeatedly, nobody took it seriously, and I had to call Goibibo to get the DJ stopped. The staff were careless and arrogant, with no respect for guests or basic hospitality. The management seemed to value its party over a paying guest’s sleep. I also had to change rooms because the first was unbearable, but the second wasn’t any better. The hotel feels shady as soon as you walk in. The rooms are dirty, the walls stained, the AC doesn’t work, and there are no hand towels or hot water kettle. Room service is poor, hygiene is lacking, and even the shampoo hadn’t been refilled. The management’s attitude was unbelievable. This is one of the worst, most pathetic hotels I’ve stayed in, and the fake ratings are misleading. Dirty rooms, broken facilities, useless staff, and management that thinks its celebration matters more than guest comfort. It doesn’t deserve even one star. If you value your peace, money, or basic decency, stay far away.
