OYO 7496 NYC Apartments

One staff member suddenly came into my room using a master key while my husband was out getting food. Any staff member can apparently unlock your room and walk in while you're inside. There was no safety or security, and the staff were useless. This was the worst experience, and I wouldn't recommend it for families. Women and girls aren't safe here.

I stayed two days at that NYC apartment, paying cash for one day and by card for the other. When I checked out and asked for a bill, the lady owner refused to give it to me. She seemed shocked that I wanted one. When I said I needed it as proof, she told me to come back the next day to collect it. I had come from Bangalore to Hyderabad, so returning for a receipt was ridiculous. After I insisted and said I'd complain, she told me I should have asked for the receipt earlier. She seemed totally uneducated and didn't know how to serve guests. The hired staff, at least, were good and ready to help anytime. Pathetic lady, the worst I've ever met.

The staff were polite and courteous, and the food was tasty and good quality. It’s a very good apartment for a short visit or a brief stay.

The rooms are well maintained, and getting checked in was easy. Wi-Fi was good, breakfast was decent, and the place is within walking distance of the main road.
