OYO 7976 Dilsukhnagar

The room and service were awful, from dirty bedding and a broken shower to staff repeatedly pressing me about payments. The hotel also appears under two names: Oyo 7976 and Hotel Brundavan Pride. Looking up Hotel Brundavan Pride showed a lot of very poor reviews, while the Oyo 7976 ratings didn't give me the same picture. They are the same place. I called a day ahead about checking in early, as Oyo customer care had directed me to the hotel. They said it would be fine and told me to come the next day. At check-in, the card machine wasn't working, so the receptionist asked for cash and kept pestering me about payment for the next two days. There was no complimentary water bottle. They told me to refill my own bottle at the cooler. The room was disgusting, with hair around the bed, bathroom, and dressing table. The blankets looked dirty, the room felt terrible, and the toilet seat was stained. The shower didn't work either. The service was terrible and a little creepy. Breakfast didn't arrive on time, and staff came to my room when it suited them. They never brought water and kept bothering me about payment and checkout. One man who was always wearing a black Oyo T-shirt repeatedly asked me to install the Oyo app so he could give a rating himself. At checkout, the manager wanted an extra Rs.200 for the early check-in but wouldn't put it on the bill. He also kept asking me to hand over my phone with the Oyo app.
