I raised the hygiene problem right away with the property manager and OYO customer care. They showed me several other rooms and kept assuring me that cleaning would be done, but after waiting for hours the room was still untidy. I checked in early in the morning and couldn't last even half an hour because everything in the room and washroom was dirty and unlike the online photos. I checked out early for health reasons and hope I get a full refund. A really disappointing stay in Hyderabad, nothing like it was advertised. 😢

The room was small, with AC, a water heater, a queen bed, and a TV with no cable connection. There was little beyond a passage, so it was okay just for a place to sleep. The washroom wasn't maintained well: the commode was dirty, the soap holder hung loose with a screw missing, and the water outlet hole was open. Proper maintenance would make it fine.

The beds were so uncomfortable you could feel the springs. The rooms were awful, with no carpets or dustbins. A waste of money.

The location was convenient for visiting the area, and the hotel's calm atmosphere made it a nice place to relax. The common areas were tastefully decorated, and the rooms were immaculate, with modern comfort and a little luxury. The staff were friendly as well as attentive, and the service was top-notch. I wholeheartedly recommend the hotel.
