OYO Flagship 18828 Swagath Residency Kondapur

The lift wasn't working, so we had to climb to the 4th floor. Hygiene was awful throughout. The first room's bathroom was filthy; in the second, the odour was horrible, like a dead rat had been left there. It was suffocating. In the third room, the fan didn't work, so we had to make do because we had no choice. We asked for room freshener, but the TV also wasn't working, with not a single channel to scroll through. This was my worst stay ever, and I'd never recommend this OYO. Why hang wall clocks that don't work? I noticed that in two rooms, they hadn't even changed the batteries.

We stayed two nights at swagat residency, and left disgusted and disappointed with the service. The rooms, toilets, and bedsheets were dirty. The toilet door had no latch, empty water bottles were under the cot, and there was a cigarette butt under the table. Even the reception sofas were dusty. We told Mr vinay, who was in charge at reception. It felt like no owners ever came to check the place. OYOfLagship should send people posing as guests to inspect it. I'll tell all my friends and colleagues about what happened, and I won't visit this hotel again.

The room itself worked fine, but the service didn't. We had to call over and over whenever we needed drinking water, and staff seemed irritated by questions. There were mosquitoes, but they wouldn't give us repellent even after several requests. They were prompt about one thing, making sure we checked out on time. I can't recommend it for anyone wanting a hassle-free stay.

I was too tired to make a fuss, so I went to sleep, then left early the next morning. I'd lost trust in the hotel and skipped the complimentary breakfast. It was only a one-night stay. The room looked nice at first, but there seemed to be dead insects on the bed. The supposedly clean towel was stained, the previous occupant's leftovers were still in the toilet, and room service never came even after I called twice.
