If you’re coming from outside Hyderabad, the railway platform would be a better place to stay. There was no water in the washroom, so bring your own Bisleri if you need to use it. The room was dirty, and even though we booked for three, they demanded an extra charge, saying they’d only received a request for two. There was no extra bedding. The staff were very rude and ridiculous, and when I wanted to complain, they basically told me to go talk to whoever I wanted. Owner, change your staff or no one will stay at your hotel.

Check the rating before paying, and please don’t stay at this OYO. It was a waste of money. The bedsheets weren’t clean and the bathroom was awful. The water wasn’t coming, and even after I called many times, nobody responded. The A/C didn’t work properly.

The photos in the apps looked like they were seven or eight years old. I saw pictures of four rooms, and they were awful. The receptionist was the worst. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever visited. Don’t even try it, even for free.

The staff were rude and charged an extra amount at the time. The rooms, buckets, and bedsheets were unclean. They didn’t provide a towel, water bottle, or soap. Worst hotel.
