The staff made us feel at home, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Charminar was within walking distance, which made the location great for sightseeing. We had a wonderful stay.
2/10
There was nobody at reception, and no one answered the call.
8/10
The red and white decor gives the place a more romantic feel. It's in the middle of old city, with parking available, and they take cash, cards, and Paytm. The rooms were neat and clean, room service was active and good, and the staff were cheerful and easy to deal with.
2/10
I picked this hotel to be near Charminar, but it felt shabby, cramped, dirty, and unsafe. They gave rooms to local couples without asking for government ID proof. When I asked for a bill, they gave me a donation receipt instead of a proper one.
4/10
The hotel was poorly maintained, with no real cleanliness. The washroom wasn't clean and there were no dustbins. It doesn't feel like a quality hotel. Charminar is only 1 km away, and Salar museum is also about 1 km away.
