I loved the tea, and had no negative point even after trying to nitpick. The room was nice, the staff friendly, and checkout came without surprise or hidden charges. They were reasonably flexible too. It was a good two-day stay.

The rooms were spacious and clean enough, and the staff were friendly and quick to help. Breakfast buffet was good as well. The location is nice, near Inorbit mall and Jubilee hills, and there's a fridge in the room. The AC and TV were really outdated. The TV was an old CRT, not even an LED. I'd call it about a 3.5/5 experience.
My family and I stayed at Oyster Suites for nearly a month, and I never regretted a day of it. The staff were attentive and took care of all our requests, even in the middle of the night.
Breakfast is simple but does the job, and the rooms are clean. There's A/C too. A decent place if you're looking to stay near Jubliee Hills, which is very close by.
The staff's behavior and service were awful, and water was leaking everywhere. The room also had no AC, even though we had booked one with AC. I'd advise everyone to stay away from this hotel. It would give Hyderabad's brand a bad name. My well-wisher Dr.Bose and his family asked me to book them a room in hyderabad. People at Travelguru said I could choose Oyster suites, so I made the booking for them. They stayed there on December 13th.
