We booked 10 rooms through the OYO sales team, and the app showed availability, but when we arrived, the property manager refused to check us in, saying no rooms were available. He didn’t provide the rooms on time and was always looking for extra money. The manager’s behaviour was the worst. I don’t know what action OYO is taking. This was an extremely bad experience. I’d tell everyone never to book this property.

The location is convenient, with transport options and restaurants nearby. But the rooms weren’t maintained, the toilets were dirty, and there were lots of cockroaches, so it felt like a waste of money. The manager had good experience. While booking online, the OYO site kept changing the price, which had doubled by the payment step. OYO charged for an 11-year-old child, but the hotel management showed the booking as adults and not for an 11-year-old.

I didn’t check in because the room was poorly maintained and had cockroaches, including on the bed. The property manager was rude, asked me to cancel the booking, and forced me to leave without checking in. The helpline team didn’t help arrange an alternative hotel, and they also refused to refund the amount.

A very bad experience.
