All three people at reception were helpful throughout my stay. The supervisor had trained the staff well in how to interact with guests and handle service requests. My luxury room was neat and clean, and the service was good. If you’re staying for a longer time, make sure to book the suite room.

Everything was well maintained, and the atmosphere felt relaxing. The rooms are clean, modern, and nice, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Amazing place to stay!

4/10
The room was spacious and good, but at Rs.2800 for an imperial room I didn’t feel it was worth the price. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly, there was dirt on the bed, and the room lock didn’t work well. There was no cleaning, and the WiFi kept shutting down by itself. A male person at reception gave me lots of excuses. Just an average stay for that price. If you book here, make sure the room has been cleaned properly.

The stay was peaceful and the room was excellent. The front desk guy, s.safvan, was especially helpful throughout my time at the hotel.

Really happy with the experience. The rooms were large, comfortable, and luxurious, with top-notch upkeep. The staff were very helpful.
