The main hassle during my month-long stay in February, while I was training for my current job, was laundry. There wasn’t a shared or private washing machine. Otherwise, the staff were friendly, the service was quite good, and the food was decent. I barely had to worry about anything, and got lazy with them doing all the work for me. I could afford to stay that long because my company was paying. It was a bit steep for someone in his early 20s living paycheck to paycheck. If you have the money to spare and need a place around Gachibowli for a few days, give them a look.

Breakfast was complimentary, with Idly, Sambar, Kichadi, and Mini Coffee, and it was delicious. Lunch and dinner were available if we ordered in advance. The front desk attendant, whose name I don’t know and who only knows Telugu, responded right away. I booked in advance through WhatsApp chat. The Residence Retreat Service Apartment hotel's rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding and a great view. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location in Gachibowli, Hyderabad was excellent, within walking distance of the city's main attractions. One of the best in Gachibowli, Hyderabad.

Bapun’s service was always great, and he had a nice smile. The breakfast is limited, but amazing. If you like idli sambar and chatni, you won’t want to miss a day. Room service food was delayed a couple of times. The apartment was really nice and cozy. Our only trouble was the Wi-Fi speed in 406. We moved to 401 on the last day, and it was perfect.

Great location, clean rooms, and friendly staff. Loved the stay!

We paid for breakfast but got only one thing, idly. I expected at least a little choice for a paid meal. There was also a rat in the room. I told management, but got no response or action, which left me concerned about guest safety and hygiene. The service, cleanliness, and amenities all fell well short of what I expected. I hope management takes this seriously and improves, but I can’t recommend the place as things stand.
