The reception was bad, and they didn't provide drinking water in the rooms. The bed was dented and bent, and made noise when I lay down. There was no mirror by the bathroom washbasin. The other room they gave me had a broken ventilator, which felt unsafe. When I asked, they provided a smaller room but charged the same amount. There was no complimentary breakfast. I don't want to visit again.

They seem to care only about getting money from you. This is a hotel turned into a hostel, with five people being put into a double room. The air coolers don't work, and the food isn't good. Better stay away. Life becomes hell there.

The website shows a new hotel, but they put me in rooms in the old one. They weren't even dusted properly, with lots of dust under the cot, and the tables and toilet doors were broken. Reception staff were rude and lacked basic common sense. I had a very bad experience and wouldn't recommend it.

The location in the main part of Lakdikapul made it easy to get to my work. It's a nice hostel with good infrastructure, and cleanliness and maintenance deserve appreciation. The food is good, though sometimes you have to adjust, and sharing a large room is the downside.

The room was far too hot, the service was third class, and the staff behaved very badly. They also charged extra money from customers who book via Oyo. Even the bedsheets weren't washed properly.
