The rooms were comfortable, though ours had a noticeable unpleasant smell. We told the staff, but they didn’t fully acknowledge or address the problem, which was disappointing. The food didn’t meet expectations for the premium prices. The fish fry we ordered was poor in both taste and quality. When we gave feedback, the staff didn’t take it well and said the dish had been prepared in the usual way. I’d hoped for a more understanding response. The stay was satisfactory overall, but the food and handling of guest feedback need improvement.

The staff were courteous, but service could be quicker. We waited around 20 minutes for plates from room service, and that happened twice. The morning buffet was average for both taste and variety. My stay was about average, neither especially good nor particularly bad. The shower didn’t work properly, and the plug points beside the bed weren’t working, which was inconvenient. Better maintenance and faster service would improve the experience.

The food was mostly good. I enjoyed the Chilly Paneer, Punjabi curries, bread, and biryani, but the Veg Manchurian wasn’t good, while the Veg Grilled Sandwich and Orange Blossom were average. Breakfast was well managed. Idli was served every day, while poha, uttapam, upma, ponda, and other South Indian dishes rotated, giving some variety. The rooms were clean and neat, and the bathroom was well maintained with good-quality accessories. It was quiet and peaceful, which suited my work trip, though the rooms were small and lacked some basic amenities. Internet was slow and disconnected frequently. Good food and a calm setting, but the amenities and connectivity need improvement.

Breakfast was satisfactory, but lunch was a letdown: the chilli chicken smelled strongly bad and seemed to be old stock. The rooms looked neat, though they were very small and missing even basic necessities, and the internet did not work at all during my stay. I left disappointed and very dissatisfied with the service quality. I hope these issues get addressed for future guests.
