The rooms were only average, and the service was poor. I got no room service during my stay. Neither the TV nor the phone worked, and reporting it didn't get either fixed. They told me to use my own internet for the TV. Breakfast choices were very limited, there wasn't a proper dining or seating area, and the staff weren't friendly or responsive.
The rooms are basic, and the bathrooms are very small. We were also charged for the water bottles after our stay. We booked for three days in Hyderabad after reading good reviews on Google and Oyo, but it turned out to be a bad choice. The hotel is right opposite a railway track, so passing trains made noise all day. The lift was loud too, disturbing every room. Breakfast disappointed us, and the restaurant wasn't operating.
Our room was spotless, stylish and comfortable, with enough space to unwind. The staff went above and beyond and made us feel like family.
The stay itself was okay, and the rest of the staff were responsive, but the receptionist's conduct toward couples was extremely rude and unprofessional. We felt uncomfortable and unwelcome from the start. The front desk attitude seriously needs to improve, because that's where this hotel failed at hospitality. I hope OYO takes it seriously and gives staff better training in guest handling and respectful communication.
The hotel experience was great, with friendly, helpful staff, excellent room service, and privacy, all at a very affordable rate. Nearby, there’s a metro station, scooty rentals and food spots, both pure veg and pure non-veg 😝. It’s easy to roam around and relax while visiting Hyderabad. I’m booking here every time we come.
