The staff did let me inspect the room before paying the full amount, so I could decide to cancel and not stay. I needed to book for five hours before catching a flight, but they still demanded the full 30% early check-in charge. The place was shockingly dirty for the price. I wouldn’t choose it unless there were no other options.

The website photos don’t match the place. The rooms weren’t cleaned, the TV and AC didn’t work, and water was leaking at the ceiling fan. Worst service. Please don’t book here.

The rooms were neatly maintained, and I had a very good stay. The staff were good, especially Anmol Kumar at reception, who was very supportive. I highly recommend this hotel.

The toilet and room were dirty, and there was no toilet seat. We complained, but they couldn’t help because no other room was available. A truly horrible experience.
