Really bad service, and I wouldn't recommend staying here. There were stains all over the walls, insects in the bed, and dirty pillows that smelled awful. The room had a strange cigar-like smell, there were no mirrors, and I heard odd sounds from rats inside the AC.

When I was in pain, they wouldn't provide a painkiller or send anyone to buy medicine from the nearest store. The staff were rude and showed no respect for guests, especially people who book online. They also demanded extra money after I arrived at the hotel.

The receptionist was helpful, and the AC worked well. The location was decent, though it's in a business district, so don't expect places to walk to. Beyond that, I wouldn't choose this hotel again. The room smelled a bit, the bathroom wasn't cleaned well, and I found a cockroach in the cupboard. There were stains on the linens, and the room was small, with no table, chair, water bottles, kettle, or hangers. The bathroom door wouldn't stay closed either. I only stayed because it was getting late and the other hotels I found turned out not to exist when I arrived. I moved to a better hotel the next day. If you spend some time checking deals and reviews, you can find better places in this area for just 200-500 more.

The geyser wasn't working. I had an online booking through OYO, but they wouldn't accept it at check-in.

The room we got was awful, right beside the noisy lift, with dirty linen and stains on the bed. The geyser didn't work even in winter, and I had a skin allergy two days after the stay. I'd booked online, but on arrival the arrogant receptionist refused to check me in, saying the online price was too low for him. He wanted another 400 rupees per day. A horrible experience, and I wouldn't recommend this place. ❌👎
