Sri Sai Regency Flagship Hotel made for a pleasant stay. The location was handy for nearby attractions and transport, and the staff were courteous and quick to deal with requests. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well cared for. Good service and value for money. I’d stay again, for a short visit or a longer one. Thanks to Sri Sai regedency hotel and staff….😊
They charge 2000 a day, but the service was poor, and room service was pathetic. The bathroom was filthy and its flush didn’t work. There were cockroaches around the room, and the bed, pillows, and bedspread were dirty. The wifi didn’t work either. Poor maintenance all around.
It was affordable, but the bedspreads weren’t clean, and I found cockroaches in the room.
I lost some items and cash from my vehicle. Don’t trust the valet parking service.
The room was nice, comfortable, and reasonably priced. The issue was the cockroaches. I killed four small ones.
