The location in KPHB Colony made getting around easy, with access to the IT hub, major shopping centers, dining options, and the metro. The hotel felt modern and welcoming, and the price was good value. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the complimentary breakfast had a good range of delicious choices. My room was extremely comfortable, with fresh linens, a spotless bathroom, effective air conditioning, and a bed that gave me a restful night after travel and meetings. The rooms were impeccably clean and well maintained. Staff were professional, polite, and attentive from check-in to check-out. The front desk handled requests promptly, and room service was quick. I had a thoroughly enjoyable, comfortable stay at FabHotel Legacy in KPHB Colony. It works well for business travelers or tourists seeking good accommodation in this part of Hyderabad. I highly recommend FabHotel Legacy KPHB Colony and would choose it again on my next visit.

The hotel didn’t have the restaurant, lounge, or intercom listed online. What Fab Hotels shows on its website is misleading and doesn’t match the property’s actual condition. I strongly advise against booking Fab Hotels online because they misrepresent their facilities and don’t provide what customers were promised.

The property is newly built and the staff are really friendly. I spent two weeks here on a business trip, had a great stay, and highly recommend it to everyone without any doubt.
