Treebo Emerald

The rooms are spacious and bright, with modern amenities, and the location is decent with IT companies nearby. But the basic service and safety problems made this stay deeply unpleasant. There’s no restaurant, and breakfast arrived cold and poorly cared for. Even after we repeatedly asked staff to warm the dosa, puri, and paratha, they left the warming equipment switched off. Staff were also shockingly rude and seemed uninterested in helping guests. The most worrying issue was the lack of hot water. When we asked, staff casually suggested heating it with a copper coil. That’s dangerous advice, and it left me feeling that guest safety wasn’t being taken seriously. I stayed from 24th to 27th December 2025. I strongly discourage booking here. The property may look good, but the experience was frustrating and unsafe.

I found the location peaceful yet close to major attractions, and the room was spotless, well designed, and had the amenities I needed. The bed was cozy, the window view was breathtaking, and housekeeping kept the space fresh. Breakfast had plenty of tasty choices, with prompt service and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were warm and professional from arrival, and check-in was easy. They also offered useful suggestions for local attractions. My stay at treebo emerald was wonderful, and I’d happily return on my next trip.

The rooms are decent for a short stay, and breakfast is included. The property is on interior roads, which was troublesome during the recent heavy rains. At other times, getting there shouldn’t be much of a problem.

The rooms are spacious and the place feels cozy, with complimentary breakfast too. It was a little confusing to locate, though: the property is called Treebo, but the sign outside had a different name. A more visible signboard would help.
