The AC wasn’t working properly, which made the room uncomfortable in Hyderabad’s weather. Power also kept going out, at least 5-6 times in an hour, and the backup was very poor. Wi-Fi was practically unusable. I asked staff several times, but they never fixed it. That’s especially unacceptable for a business or work stay. Despite the hotel being in a prime, posh area of Hyderabad, the experience was pathetic and not worth the time, money, or effort. I’d choose another nearby option.

After a long journey, checking into a room that smelled strongly of smoke was horrible. It seemed to have been used by smokers and hadn’t been cleaned properly. The shower area also wouldn’t drain, so we had to keep calling reception.

The room wasn’t cleaned unless we called, and no shampoo, soap, or moisturizer was provided. Food was always late. There were also cockroaches in the breakfast area, the TV in the room didn’t work, and the lift got stuck several times.

I’d give this hotel zero stars. At early morning check-in, the room we’d booked wasn’t available, and then around midnight that same day they asked us to change rooms again. The room allocation was a mess, the staff weren’t cooperative, and they seemed to have no sense of what they were doing with guests. Worst hotel I’ve stayed at.

It seemed to me that the owner sits beside reception judging customers. I also got the impression that staff were switching off my AC at the outside main switch to save money, and they kept refusing my requests to turn it back on. Very rude. I won’t stay here again.
