Super Collection O Vanasthalipuram Formerly Mg Elite

The room itself has a nice design, but poor upkeep has made the stay bad, even for the price. The blankets were stained, the floor felt sticky, and the chair was extremely dusty. Even the replacement sheets the staff brought had stains.

A nice place for a budget stay. The service and cleanliness were top notch.

We were left outside in the sun for an hour before they even assigned us rooms. Once inside, there weren’t any towels, and the blankets smelled bad and had stains. The bedsheets were stained too. After we complained several times, Aman from the staff still didn’t bother replacing them. The staff were useless. Don’t trust the fake reviews or book here.

Prashant was well organized and communicated amazingly. The location was great, and the room was neat too. Even though Oyo usually means northern hotels to me, they’ve kept the environment suited to Hyderabad standards. Thanks, Prashanth. I’d recommend this hotel for families. 5/5.
