Admission and discharge went smoothly, and the administration handled things efficiently. The hospital also seemed well coordinated across departments. Staff were patient-friendly, responsive to concerns, and cooperative. Management felt organized and professional.

It's easy to get transport here, with good online ride and wcab options and no time restrictions. The rooms are budget-friendly too. HITEX Exhibition Center is only about 900 meter away.

I came last night and the receptionist was fully drunk. When I asked the price for one night, he told me one lakh for a room. Worst management, not good at all.

We arrived at around 1 in the morning because that was when our flight was scheduled. They charged us for the whole day under some of their rules, then said we'd have to pay again after 11am. The room was in really bad shape too, with one bed leg broken. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Most of the time there was nobody at reception, and the location wasn't good. Inside, the linen was filthy, dust was everywhere, there were cockroaches, and the toilet hadn't been cleaned. I chose the hotel because of its rating, but the receptionist took my phone and tried to give it a five-star rating. I snatched it back. After I posted my own rating on OYO, it didn't appear on the website, so I'm writing here. Avoid this place, it feels like a scam.
