The Cinco Bliss

The room was decent and the staff were good, but they promised complimentary breakfast when I booked and didn’t provide it. The stay is better suited to bachelors than families.

I had an unpleasant stay because of the receptionist. My elderly parents were checking in, and he oddly asked my mother to remove her burqa face scarf and provide her personal mobile number even though my father’s number had already been given. We had to stay here after another hotel cancelled at the last minute. Asking something like that might be understandable with younger guests, but it felt very strange when a couple in their 50s was checking in with family.

My family was very comfortable, and the room was hygienic and clean. For the price I paid, I got what I expected. Thank you, Cinco bliss.

The room was spacious and modern, with comfortable bedding, a nice view, and a high standard of cleanliness. The lobby was tidy and well kept, and check-in was smooth. Staff were welcoming and professional. The location also worked well, close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. I appreciated the fitness center and the breakfast buffet, which had a good range of choices. There were a couple of small problems: the Wi-Fi was spotty at times, and housekeeping skipped my room one day. I mentioned it to the front desk, and they responded quickly and fixed the issue. Overall, I had a positive stay and would recommend the hotel to business and leisure travelers. It offers good value and a comfortable experience.
