My parents felt celebrated and truly special during their stay, and they also enjoyed the hotel and its service. I booked it from outside India for their 35th wedding anniversary, so I needed to be able to trust that everything would be coordinated smoothly. From the start, communication was clear, proactive, and reassuring. Mr. Manikanta and the front office team upgraded their room without being asked, arranged a beautifully decorated setup, and surprised them with a cake. These personal touches were handled with real care. Mr. Manikanta was warm and professional, paid attention to detail, and made the arrangements stress-free for me despite the distance. The experience was unforgettable for my parents. This kind of hospitality is rare, and the team exceeded my expectations. I’m very grateful.

Nancy, Priti, and Anitha were incredibly sweet and helpful at the restaurant. Even with the place very busy, they took time to celebrate International Cabin Crew Day with us and made it memorable. Their kindness and positive attitude meant a lot. The manager, the lady wearing the coat, was disappointing. She spoke to us rudely and unprofessionally. Being cabin crew doesn’t give anyone the right to disrespect us, and customer service leaders should set a better example. Reception staff also seemed unfriendly and unprofessional. A warmer approach would make a real difference. I hope management addresses these concerns, while recognizing the excellent service from Nancy, Priti, and Anitha.

The breakfast buffet had lots of choices, from a full English breakfast to traditional south Indian food. Our residence room was spacious and well stocked, and Shovan from housekeeping was quick to help whenever we needed something. The pool was generally well maintained, but watch out for some sharp tile edges. Heena gave us a warm welcome, and the team kindly accommodated our early arrival before check-in. We had a pretty comfortable stay.

The food was great, and Anitha and Pavan were warm, polite, and extremely courteous while looking after me. I was dining alone but felt right at home. They made sure I ate as much as I wanted and left smiling. They really made my day.
