The Platinum Boutique Inn Hotel

As a solo female traveller, I’d tell other travellers not to risk this hotel. In the middle of my trip, they made me switch from the room I’d paid for because an elite guest wanted it. I was moved to a subpar room and treated as if I had no choice. Then one morning, out of nowhere, I was told to check out because the hotel was fully booked. Staff had forgotten my checkout date. I was left facing a new city, work to get to, luggage to manage, and the worry of paying extra for another hotel at the last minute. They didn’t care. They get enough business from locals, so please find a more professional hotel.

This budget hotel is good value for money and very close to Birla temple, Lumbini park, and NTR garden. The hotel restaurant food isn’t great and costs too much. At least they let you order from zomato or other outside food delivery.

The food was poor, and the Manchurian we ordered arrived uncooked. When we asked them to take it back and cancel it, they wouldn’t listen. They called again and said we had to order something else and couldn’t cancel. There was no water service either. The AC wasn’t working, and the room wasn’t cleaned even after we asked twice. We had to call three times just to get a towel. Very bad experience. I’m requesting a refund.

The in-house kitchen made a tasty dinner, and there are plenty of tourist spots nearby. The accommodation was comfortable, with very helpful, polite staff. Mr Vijay and the team took care of everything we needed.
