There’s hot and cold water, and the rooms have space for two, with a fan, AC, TV and lights. The staff are friendly and prices are lower when booked through the oyo rooms app or website than at reception. Parking is limited, though, and the rooms aren’t particularly good.

Our triple deluxe booking turned into a double occupancy room, leaving the third person on an extra mattress on the floor with barely any room to move or reach the bathroom. After a serious discussion they changed our room the next day, but the AC there didn’t work at all. I called reception four times and got nowhere. They came up but did nothing, and at 2:30 am I was sweating in bed. A horrible stay. Even one star feels undeserved. They seem to care more about the revenue from a booking than the customer’s needs. If they think the booking amount isn’t satisfactory, they tell you to cancel and request a refund, if you paid in advance. They don’t call or email about it, so you only find out after travelling all the way there, at check-in. It seems they prefer walk-ins because the nearby hospital brings demand and there aren’t many properties around. I wouldn’t book here unless I had no other choice.

The booking mentioned complimentary breakfast, but none was provided. The washroom could have been cleaner too.

The staff seemed to leave guests to deal with problems themselves. The room cleaning was poor, with dust on the table and the provided amenities; the washroom smelled dirty, and the taps were broken or only partly worked. The AC and electrical sockets were unreliable as well. There was just one master key card for all the rooms, so after going out I had to ask at reception to be let back in. A very bad stay from the first day. Choose somewhere else.
