Hotel Srinivasa Central

For rates as high as rs. 2000, the room service was bad, the Wi-Fi was slow, and hot water wasn’t supplied properly. I also had a really bad experience over a towel. I accidentally wiped my mouth with the hotel towel and a few dal particles got on it. They told me to pay rs. 280, even though other hotel guests said there was nothing on the towel.

I booked and paid online for a single room through the OYO app for 630/-. When I arrived, the hotel said they had no single rooms and wanted 1200/- instead, refusing to refund what I’d paid. I pointed out my app booking, but they just told me to call customer care. The customer care number redirected me to the same hotel reception. The receptionist repeated the same answer and wouldn’t talk properly or help. I’d advise people to avoid such a poor hotel, and ask OYO Tema not to waste our money and valuable time.

The bathroom was clean, but the fittings leaked, and the bed seemed ready to break. For the same price, the room wasn’t up to the standard of other hotels. The only breakfast they served each day was ildy. All in all, it wasn’t a good experience.

The lift barely worked, so I had to take the stairs every time, and my complaint got no response. The TV had a dish tv connection, but the room service never picked up the phone. The AC didn’t work and the room stayed around 30degrees most of the time. No TV, no AC, no lift. It was a horrible day, so please avoid this mess. I’d booked through oyo, but because I arrived late I had to book again. They charged me an extra 300 for the same 24 hours and gave me the same room.
