The room smelled awful, with an unbearable cigarette smell in the corridor. There was no TV, Wi-Fi, or water in the bathroom, and the service was terrible. The front desk didn’t respond. This was the worst hotel I’ve experienced, and it wasn’t worth what we paid.

I paid Rs.2000/- for 24 hours, though the actual fare was Rs.1800/-. The room was so bad that I left after 12 hours. The tariff for 12 hours was Rs.1500/-, but he wouldn’t refund Rs.500/-. I accepted the actual fare despite the awful stay. The room hadn’t been cleaned, there were cigarettes in the washroom, the bed and pillow covers were dirty, and the study table glass was also unclean. One of the most irritating hotel experiences I’ve had. I also found the same hotel listed on Google under three different names.

I had no other choice, so I stayed here. The parking and reception looked fine and didn’t suggest any problems, but room 204 couldn’t be locked from the outside when I left. It was full of mosquitoes, so I had to get a mosquito bat even though they had provided Allout.

There was no TV, Wi-Fi, AC, or water, and the place had cigar and other strange, pungent smells everywhere. We booked online, and the room showed as available, but when we arrived they said it wasn’t. Customer care said it was available. More than half the rooms were still empty, but they played this cheap trick and charged us more than the online price. I’ve never had an experience like this. Thanks, Oyo and this hotel, for wasting both my money and time with such terrible management.
