My experience here was fantastic. The room was neat and very clean, and they provided the best service.

The “TV” only gets YouTube, so you're paying hotel rates to watch things you could have watched at home for free. There wasn't any drinking water either. Then, while I was locking the door, the key snapped in half. Instead of apologizing, they demanded ₹1000 for their broken key. The towels were filthy, the “body wash” came in a used water bottle, and they handed me a torn blanket cover with a shrug and “this is what it is.” My bedsheet had a giant hole in it. I paid ₹1400 for a room OYO listed for ₹900, a scam from the start. The only “luxury” at De Alphabet Luxury Hotel is the spelling of its name. If you want your mood ruined, your money wasted, and to regret your choices, welcome. It's a disaster, a scam, and a joke. Burn your money instead, at least you'd get some warmth.

Very poor service from arvind. During booking, they asked too many unnecessary questions, and although everything was meant to be arranged as agreed in the deal, none of it happened. The experience was very pathentic.

At 12:30 am there was still a lot of noise outside. Staff were moving tables and other things in the middle of the night, and kept going even after we told them. They ignored us, and we couldn't sleep. We'd never had that kind of disturbance at another hotel. Very noisy and impolite. Ridiculous.
