The location was great, and the rooms were spacious. Drinking water had to be picked up from a shared point in the lobby, and I found cockroaches in the room, which was the main reason for my average rating. The restaurant food was average. There was no internet for three days. Management said it was a temporary issue with the service provider, so I could overlook that.

Staff were helpful, and the hotel was clean, though it sits a little way inside the lane and was hard to find. The food was very average, and eating out would be better, but there aren’t any good restaurants nearby. The toilets were clean, but check that the flush works and water comes through the taps. There were no door mats outside the bathroom.

I always feel happy and positive when I stay at Trance Babylon. The stay was relaxing, and the breakfast buffet was delicious with loads of choices. Staff were always around, especially Elvish, who was attentive and made sure I was comfortable. Thanks for such a lovely experience at your hotel.

The room view and location were good, and the rooms themselves were decent, though they lacked amenities. The bigger issue was the management. Staff came into our room while we were out without permission, then shouted at us over their own mistakes. The manager said that was hotel policy. Restaurant service was poor too. We waited a long time for each dish.
