Treebo De Alphabet Kondapur

The restaurant food was the one bright spot, quite nice and enjoyable. The rest of my three days at Treebo De Alphabet was very disappointing. Wi-Fi barely worked and kept dropping, while the TV in my room didn’t work at all during the stay. I called reception and asked several times for help, but nobody came to fix it. The receptionist’s manner was disrespectful and unprofessional. I was asked for extra money, and even after officially paying for a 4-hour extension, the receptionist still demanded another ₹1000 in cash. I didn’t feel treated with respect as a guest. The service and hospitality were very poor, and I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves both customer service and maintenance support.

The food tasted like home cooking, the prices were reasonable, and the staff were really polite and supportive. The hotel was very clean too. One of the best places I’ve stayed, and I’d recommend it.

I'm staying on the 2nd floor, room no 204. The room is clean and neat, and the service is good. It's been a very nice experience.

The restaurant really won us over with both the food and service. I absolutely loved it, and Mom wouldn’t eat anywhere else 😁. The road to the hotel is easy to miss. Otherwise, it was a comfortable stay, as long as you’re not too fussy or need the TV 😛.
