OYO 75403 A.R Residency

I only picked this place because it was the cheapest option OYO showed in the area I wanted. The trouble started as I approached the hotel. The approach lane is very narrow and strictly one way, so be ready to argue with your cab driver to get them to go down it and drop you at the entrance. Otherwise, you'll have to walk and drag your luggage. After check-in, our room was littered and unhygienic, even during covid. The sheets and pillow covers were wrinkled, had oil stains, and had loose hairs on them. The owner came over and replaced them himself, but those were heavily wrinkled too, and we found several hairs again. He and a staff member picked them up with bare hands. I saw no sign of any sanitisation. I never expected OYO to list a place like this. It seemed like they were onboarding properties without proper due diligence. Don't be drawn in by the cheap price or the OYO tag. Stay at your own risk.

This was the worst hotel I've stayed in. I paid OYO extra for breakfast and none was served. The blanket smelled terrible and seemed used, and they didn't replace it even after I complained. The room had a mirror, which was a first for me. Very bad service. OYO should blacklist this hotel.

The bathrooms were dirty, the beds uncomfortable, and cleanliness was basically zero. There's no maintenance, and ownership keeps changing from one person to another. They need to look after the place better, and the price should be lower for this level of upkeep.

Terrible stay. The washroom sink was leaking, and there wasn't a blanket in the room. One of the worst hotel experiences I've had.
