The restaurant was a highlight for me, with lots of tasty South Indian style dishes. The staff were friendly too. It's right in the heart of the city, which makes it a good budget stay.

The room smell was awful, like a public toilet on a street, and one room was leaking badly. There are better hotels nearby, so I'd go elsewhere for a peaceful stay. Amenities were missing too: no fridge, hair dryer, or cupboard. You get just one free water bottle a day, and they wouldn't replace soap or shampoo when it ran out within two days. One lady staff member seemed very stingy with complimentary items. Is the woman at the entry desk herself the owner?

We booked the banquet hall for our engagement, and the space itself was good. The management and service, though, were very poor. We paid for 160 people, but the food only seemed enough for about 100. When we raised it, they said our guests had eaten more white rice and left pulao. They had said extra food for 10 or 20 people could be paid for according to what we used, so that response made no sense to me. I wouldn't recommend holding an event here. You could try eating at their restaurant instead. They also promised valet service, but didn't provide it. The decorator they work with is very pricey, so negotiate beforehand if you book. Room rates are high as well, and the price changes depending on whether one or two people stay in a room meant for two. I'm very disappointed with how this was handled. I'm definitely not coming back, and I'd tell others the same.
