On my second visit, they refused to check me in because they wouldn’t accept the fare I’d paid through Oyo and wanted extra money for a room. The staff weren’t responsive and came across as rude. On my first visit, the rooms looked clean and neat, but corridor noise and doors opening and closing carried into the room. Worst experience.

Food was very bad, and they wouldn’t allow delivery, apparently to grow their own business. With food of such cheap quality, that’s not going to work. The staff were awful and unhygienic, which is a serious concern. Responses were slow and not good either, and the owner said the fixed price was 1500. They also said they wouldn’t provide rooms for online bookings with offers. This was a terrible experience, and I’d tell people to think twice before booking. It felt like a waste of hard-earned money and time. Not recommended at all.

Don’t make bulk bookings far in advance. They may cancel once a better booking comes along, which feels greedy. The rooms aren’t worth it, and there are much better options in better locations nearby.

I liked my stay. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is good, and toiletries were provided. Staff behaved pretty well. It’s in kodapur, with hitec city the nearest metro station, and there’s a lift.
