The restaurant staff were courteous and attentive, and the food was delicious, well prepared, and served on time. Housekeeping also deserves credit: the rooms were kept neat and fresh every day, with cleanliness and hygiene at a high level. At reception, Atif Ruman was especially friendly, respectful, and supportive. He handled check-in and any help I needed smoothly, always with a smile. The hotel felt comfortable and welcoming, and the staff were polite, helpful, and professional throughout. It was a great stay, and I'd choose this place again.

The food was the weak point for us. A few dishes we ordered were quite oily, and using less oil would improve the meal. The hotel is convenient for me because it's right by my office, and despite being an older property, it's well maintained and has a great ambience. Valet parking was efficient and helpful even though the lot isn't large. The outdoor seating is lovely, while the indoor restaurant and bar have a relaxed vibe. Rooms are on the small side, but the lighting and decor make them feel nice. It was an okay experience, with a good location and atmosphere, though the food and room size could be better.

The lift wasn't working during breakfast hours, and the food was disappointing in both quality and taste. It didn't suit the food standards I associate with Hyderabad. The buffet wasn't properly stocked, and when I asked for dosa, I was told it cost extra, even though complimentary breakfast was advertised and dosa is usually included at most hotels. There were only a few menu items in the first place. I paid Rs. 2500 for a room that was absolutely not worth it: the room was in poor condition, the doors were damaged and had termites, and the bathroom was badly maintained. It seems the hotel is focused on the large number of tourists visiting Hyderabad while overlooking quality and the authentic taste the city is known for.

When I got back to my room today, nothing had been cleaned. The bedsheet and towel were unchanged, the garbage was still there, and there had been no room service at all. Everything was a mess. Yesterday, I also asked for chilled water and it wasn't available. I strongly disagree with this hotel's ratings and don't recommend it.
