The room AC didn't work and the TV was broken, so staying here felt like a waste of money. The staff weren't good, and the receptionist was rude and never responded to complaints.

Really good hotel, and they gave us a great price.

Worst place. Don't choose it. I'd give it zero stars.

I stayed for 3 days and had to keep calling to get the room cleaned. The TV didn't work, there was no room service for cleaning, and breakfast that was included in my booking wasn't provided. I also had to deal with a booking and refund mess: I booked a room in advance, but when we arrived, Ali at reception said they didn't have the room I'd booked and told me to cancel and pay a higher price for a new booking. My family and kids were with me, so I felt I had no choice. They said they'd help me get a refund for the advance, but nothing happened after Mahesh, the owner, promised it would arrive within a week. When I asked about getting my money back, he said he'd spent crores building the hotel and it was his wish who got a room. This is very unethical, and I've seen many people post about the same issue. I wouldn't recommend staying here. I need my money back. @Fabhotel Skycity.......
