I landed in HYD, went to the hotel, and paid online, but the receptionist still said I needed to pay 500 extra. He said the app showed 590, but he wouldn't give me a room. The argument was recorded, and I can send OYO the video if they want it. Terrible management and customer service. If OYO doesn't focus on service, it will lose credibility.

The room photos look like they've been designed to fool people, and the actual rooms don't match what OYO shows. When I complained, they just said those pictures were from the hotel's opening. OYO should keep the photos and service details updated. The fan kept making noise, the Wi-Fi kept cutting out, the bathroom door had gaps, and there were mosquitoes. They didn't even provide OYO basics like soap.

I couldn't even bring myself to enter the room after seeing its condition and the surroundings. There was no water or tap, and I saw cigarettes, bugs and broken beds. There were no charging points or security either. The photos on the website are completely misleading, and even after I cancelled, they wouldn't refund me. I noticed the positive reviews seemed to be from the reception staff. The service was awful. 0/5.

I got an email confirming my booking through oyo or agoda, but when I arrived the hotel was full. There was an emergency, so I had to get ready in another room, and after that they still didn't give me a room. Never book through either one. They are cheating.

Right in the heart of the city, and the room was kept in great condition. The staff were really cooperative. I'd happily stay here again.
