We arrived at midnight and found all the lights off. It felt scary and shady, and I wouldn't feel comfortable bringing a family to stay there. After I booked through a booking partner, people from Fabhotel called asking for money to confirm the booking. Please don't make the same mistake I did by paying.

I booked a three-day stay 20 days ahead for a total of 3500rs and had already paid 800 as a token. When I arrived, the booking wasn't showing and the remaining balance was listed as 3200 rs. I couldn't reach the person who made the booking because his phone was switched off, and customer care gave me no help. Since I had a flight to catch, I ended up paying more. I got no support, though I have screenshots as proof.

FabHotel Rooms27 gives you a proper room, good cleanliness, and a calm environment for the price. It's much better than many hotels in this price range.

The rooms are kept in good condition, and the neighborhood is quiet. But it’s about a kilometer from the main area and places to get food, too far to walk comfortably and inconvenient enough that taking a cab feels like a lot. There wasn’t food available at the hotel either. I also noticed the bottled water price seemed to change, 20 rupees at night and 25 during the day, depending on who was at reception. At check-in they spoke Telugu, then acted as if they didn’t know the language and would only speak Hindi.
