The room itself had a comfortable bed and a mirror, and online bookings seem to get some discount. That was about all that went well. The bathroom wasn't clean, there was no drinking water, and buying it from the hotel cost more. The location was in a congested street and wasn't great. At check-in they wouldn't provide an AC room and threatened to cancel it. After an argument they gave me one, but the AC leaked. The manager was rude and mannerless, and treated guests as if they were staying without paying. Service was very poor.

I booked for two days at nine hundred rupees, but on arrival they asked for 28 hundred for a stinking non-AC room. Two other couples in front of me faced the same thing and had to pay more. Be warned, they may demand more than double the online price. Don't book here.

They have a serious attitude problem and don't know how to treat customers. When I decided not to book, they said, "aukaat 200 ki nhi h 5000 ki reviews. " That's what they're really like. Better to avoid this property.

During my four-day stay, they did no room maintenance at all. Whenever something needed attention, I had to ask several times for someone to come check it, and in the end I handled it myself. The manager showed no respect or care for customers, and needs to be changed if the hotel is to improve. They also wouldn't honor the OYO booking price and asked for more money. For early check-in they wanted Rs. 900. Customer service was zero out of five. There are plenty of better hotels, so book somewhere else.
