The room itself made the stay disappointing: there was a bad smell, the washroom wasn't clean, marks were visible on the bed, the wardrobe door was broken, and some switchboards were out of place. We had booked two days and confirmed an extra night in advance, but the receptionist was rude the next morning. It really wasn't worth the hassle.
2/10
Don't book here. The booking apps showed AC for Rs. 700, but they asked for Rs. 1900. I offered Rs. 1000 and the staff got rude, insisting on at least Rs. 1500.
2/10
The room was dim and the tidiness wasn't proper. The AC didn't work, and they didn't offer a replacement. The bathroom had no ventilation and smelled bad.
4/10
The location is good, but the service isn't. The bathroom seemed poorly maintained, and in the room the TV wiring and switchboard were all exposed, with everything left open.
2/10
The room was bad, the service wasn't good, and the washroom wasn't cleaned. A really poor experience.
