Hotel Rajdhani was reasonably good, and the service from the staff was decent. The rooms were acceptable but nothing special. The location had some conveniences and some drawbacks, so the experience felt fairly average.

Mr. Rai (Manager) and the staff were friendly and polite. The reception team on 31 December were especially helpful when my son had a stomach ache, arranging an auto so we could visit a nearby doctor. I'm grateful for that. The rooms looked clean in daylight, but at night cockroaches appeared on the bed, floor, table, chairs, and walls. We had to sleep with the lights on, and even after killing around 15 a day, they kept coming. There was also a cockroach in the dosa served to us on 1 January 2026, which was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable. Pest control is urgently needed. We stayed with family for two days, from 31 December 2025 to 2 January 2026 in room number 101, and the stay was below average. Parking was only on the roadside, and pigeon or dove droppings repeatedly soiled our car. Before checkout, I asked the security staff to clean it, since I often make that request at hotels without problems and needed to travel back to Chennai. My car's windshield was covered in droppings, but the staff member didn't know how to handle a water hose and dragged it across the bonnet, leaving deep scratches on one side. I paid ₹200 for cleaning, while the damage will cost over ₹10,000 to repaint. Mr. Rai, please check the CCTV footage from 1 January between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM. The staff were friendly and supportive, and the rooms looked clean during the day, but there was a severe cockroach problem, poor parking, and untrained staff handling car cleaning.

Rajdhani Hotel is in a very convenient spot for business travelers. That's about the only real advantage. Even at around ₹2,500 for a room, they didn't provide basic toiletries, the maintenance was poor, and the blanket was in very bad condition. Service was disappointing, and they need to improve the basics.

Mr Bajpai sir, the hotel manager, was friendly and helpful, and the room was neat and clean. Breakfast was excellent, and the experience was up to the mark overall. The hotel is quite old, though, and the receptionist, I think his name was Pankaj, was a young guy who spoke very rudely and roughly.

The location near the main road is good, but the room was too bad. The bathroom smelled like corroded metal, and the receptionist was arrogant and seemed to judge us by our wealth. Not worth the money.
