I stayed for three days and got no room service or washroom maintenance. First I checked into 205, where they hadn’t cleaned the washroom, then they moved me to 206, which had no door lock. After that I was put in 209, where the jet spray didn’t work. They told me to use a mug on the floor. Terrible service and upkeep.

The fans weren’t good, and there was no TV. Checkout was by 11 o’clock, which wasn’t nice.

There’s no GST invoice and no response from the hotel. I’ve never stayed in a worse place. It doesn’t deserve a star, but the rating wouldn’t let me give it minus stars. Better to stay on the footpath. Please avoid it.

The sewage water runs in front of the hotel, and the rooms smelled bad. The AC didn’t work properly and there was no cleaning service. I’ve never seen a worse hotel. The rooms didn’t feel suitable for families, bachelors or couples, but more for drunk people.

The rooms are decent for the price, and I had no cockroach issues on the first floor. My only problem was that some of the staff were a bit arrogant about payment, acting as if I’d borrowed money and had to pay right away. Otherwise, the rooms are worth staying in for the cost.
