For a three-star property, I found the facilities and food quality poor for the amount I paid. The breakfast was included in my booking, but after eating it I had stomach problems, so I couldn't use the included breakfast or eat hotel food the next day. Outside food wasn't allowed, and the restaurant didn't have proper South Indian options. My room also lacked basic items like a kettle, tea bags with sugar, a dental kit, and complimentary mineral water. I had to pay separately for bottled water, and body wash was supplied only for the first day, so I bought it elsewhere on the second. Please take this feedback seriously, improve the facilities, and offer a suitable response or compensation for the inconvenience.

Parking was available, and the prompt room service and delicious food added to a great stay at a reasonable price. The reception staff were polite and ready to help, and our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It's a good place for families too. My only small complaint is that the Wi-Fi could have been faster. Highly recommended.

Staff were shouting in the corridors all night. The bathroom had bad waterlogging, and the intercom didn't work. They didn't provide a water bottle either, and charged INR 25 per bottle instead.
